2:1 Demerara
¼oz
Peychaud's Bitters
5dashes
Absinthe

None, absolutely none. Do not put that lemon peel in there.

Build

  1. Build in a Yarai.
  2. Strain into a chilled single rocks glass.
  3. Peel some lemon, spritz oils into the glass, rub around the rim.
  4. Discard lemon peel into the trash can or dump sink.
  5. Serve.
